Check In Instructions

Please arrive at the venue you purchased a ticket for between 12:00pm* and 4:00pm to receive your wristband and Santa Hat**. This wristband will grant you entry to all venues on the bar fest. We highly recommend to arrive as close to 12:00pm* as possible to avoid long wait times. We also suggest staying at your check-in location until check-in time is complete!

*If you purchased a ticket to check in at The DL, check-in begins at 11:00am (one hour earlier than the rest of the venues).

*If you purchased a ticket to check in at Public Hotel, check-in begins at 2:00pm (two hours later than the rest of the venues).

**Santa hats are while supplies last - limited quantity, only at select venues, & first come, first served

What’s a Bar Fest?

This is not your typical bar crawl. There is no map. There are no predetermined routes. It’s up to you how you spend your day after checking in at your designated venue. If the line at one bar is too long, simply go to another on the list! We will send live text updates throughout the day of which bars have short lines.

Important Notes

1. If you purchased a ticket to check-in at Loosie’s, it is very important to arrive on time. We anticipate this to be one of our busiest venues and want to ensure a smooth check-in process.

2. If you did not purchase a ticket to check-in at Loosie’s, please wait until check-in is complete (4:00pm) before stopping at Loosie’s.

3. Download the LineLeap app for line skips at select venues.

4. All tickets purchased to check-in at Outer Heaven are now valid for check-in at Mr. Purple. Outer Heaven is no longer part of the bar fest.
