This Privacy Policy explains how Mad City Bar Fest ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with our Rich Communication Services (RCS) messaging program and any related SMS or MMS messages.
Information we collect
When you sign up for or interact with our messaging program, we may collect your mobile phone number; your name, email address, city, and event preferences if provided; the contents of messages you send us; and records of your consent, subscription preferences, and opt-out requests. Our messaging providers may also make available delivery status, read receipts, link clicks, interactions with message buttons, and technical information such as carrier and RCS capability, where supported.
We receive this information directly from you and from service providers that manage our authorized sign-up forms, event registrations, and messaging services.
How we use your information
We use this information to send the Mad City Bar Fest event announcements, ticket information, reminders, and offers you have agreed to receive; respond to questions; tailor messages to your stated interests or location; understand message performance; maintain consent and opt-out records; prevent misuse; and meet legal obligations. Providing a phone number for a purchase or inquiry does not, by itself, enroll you in promotional messaging.
How we share your information

We send promotional messages only with your consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing tickets or attending an event. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Where supported and covered by your consent, messages may be delivered through RCS, SMS, or MMS.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP, using an available unsubscribe control, or contacting us at events@rosegoldpresents.com. We will honor your request across Mad City Bar Fest's promotional mobile messaging program. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the program, respond to requests, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We may retain limited consent and suppression records after you unsubscribe to document your choices and avoid sending unwanted messages.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through our messaging program.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will revise the date shown above when we do. We will provide additional notice or request renewed consent when required. A policy update does not automatically expand the purposes for which you have consented to receive messages.
