These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern participation in the Mad City Bar Fest mobile messaging program ("Program"), operated under the Mad City Bar Fest brand ("we," "us," or "our"). Please review these Terms before enrolling. Participation in the Program is voluntary.

About the messaging program

The Program provides recurring messages about Mad City Bar Fest events, ticket releases, presale announcements, reminders, promotions, and customer support. We send messages consistent with the purposes you agreed to receive. Messages may use Rich Communication Services (RCS), SMS, or MMS and may be sent using automated technology. Where supported and covered by your consent, SMS or MMS may be used when RCS is unavailable.

Eligibility and consent

You must be at least 21 years old and the subscriber or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Provide accurate information and do not enroll someone else's number without their authorization.

Promotional messages require your separate, affirmative consent through our sign-up process. Agreeing to these Terms, visiting our website, purchasing a ticket, or contacting customer support does not, by itself, enroll you in recurring promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing tickets or attending an event. A support inquiry allows us to respond to that inquiry; it does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on upcoming events, your preferences, and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received, including RCS, SMS, MMS, and linked content. Contact your wireless provider for information about your plan and charges.

How to unsubscribe

Reply STOP to any Program message to unsubscribe. You may also use an available unsubscribe control or email events@madcitybarfest.com to withdraw consent. We will honor other reasonable requests to stop messages as required by applicable law.

Your opt-out applies across Mad City Bar Fest's promotional mobile messaging program. You may receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. We will not resume promotional messages unless you opt in again. If you want to rejoin, complete our sign-up process again. Before changing or giving up your mobile number, please unsubscribe so messages are not sent to its next user.

Help and customer support

Reply HELP for assistance, or contact events@madcitybarfest.com. For ticket or event questions, include the event name and your order reference, if available. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information through the Program.

Availability and delivery

RCS features depend on your device, messaging application, wireless carrier, network connection, and location. Not all features or delivery methods are available to every user. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or delivery by a particular time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The Program is not an emergency service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information associated with the Program, including your mobile number, consent records, and message interactions. Read it at https://madcitybarfest.com/privacy-policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, messaging opt-in information, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process information as needed to operate and deliver the Program, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Tickets and third-party services

A message does not guarantee ticket availability, a reservation, or admission. Ticket purchases, admission requirements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the event and ticketing terms presented with the purchase, together with applicable law. These messaging Terms do not replace those terms.

Links may take you to ticketing platforms, venues, or other third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies. Review those policies before providing information or making a purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Program for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, spam, or interference with its operation. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect users, or comply with legal or technical requirements.

Changes to the program or terms

We may modify or discontinue the Program and update these Terms. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or seek renewed agreement when required. Changes will not apply retroactively to disputes that have already arisen or automatically expand your messaging consent. You may unsubscribe at any time.
