Important Notes

1. Leave the Santa suits at home! Celebrate the season in your most stylish holiday attire—think cozy sweaters, winter chic, or festive flair. Select venues will not allow entrance if you are wearing a Santa suit.

2. This event is 100% sold out. No tickets are available at the door. Please do not show up if you do not have a ticket, as we will have to turn you away and we’d hate to do that!

3. If you purchased a ticket to check-in at Houston Hall, it is very important to arrive on time. We anticipate this to be one of our busiest venues and want to ensure smooth check-in process. See below for more check-in details.

4. Download the LineLeap app for line skips at select venues.

Check-In Instructions

Please arrive at the venue you purchased a ticket for between 12:00pm* and 3:00pm to receive your wristband. This wristband will grant you entry to all venues on the bar fest. We highly recommend to arrive as close to 12:00pm* as possible to avoid long wait times. We also suggest staying at your check-in location until check-in time is complete!

*If you purchased a ticket to check in at Houston Hall, check-in begins at 11:00am (one hour earlier than the rest of the venues) and check-in ends at 2:00pm (1 hour earlier than the rest of the venues).

What’s a Bar Fest?

This is not your typical bar crawl. There is no map. There are no predetermined routes. It’s up to you how you spend your day after checking in at your designated venue. If the line at one bar is too long, simply go to another on the list! We will send live text updates throughout the day of which bars have short lines.
